Horizon Designs by Robbin is also sold from horizonbyrobbin.com. That is the same business, the same Stripe account and the same support address, so seeing either name on your bank statement is expected rather than a mistake.

What is being sold

Digital products: online courses, ready-made Shopify storefront designs, and theme blocks and sections you install in your own store. Nothing is shipped and there is nothing physical to return.

Price and payment

Prices are shown on each product page and are charged as a one-time payment. Payment is handled by Stripe: card details are entered on Stripe's systems and are never seen or stored by this site.

Delivery

Access is immediate. After payment you receive an email with your access link. Most products are delivered as a private page you can return to at any time; Horizon Designs by Robbin is delivered through your account at access.learnwithrobbin.com.

What you may do with it

What you buy is licensed for your own use and for the stores you build with it. You may not share, resell, republish or redistribute the files, the course material or the access links, in whole or in part.

There is a 14-day money-back guarantee. See the refund policy.

What this does not promise

Shopify develops its platform and its themes independently and can change them. Everything here is kept working, but nobody can guarantee a future platform change will never require an update. Nothing on this site promises sales, traffic or any other commercial result.

Privacy

What is collected and why

• Your email address, when you buy or download something free. Held in Omnisend and used to send your access link and product updates. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link.
• Your payment details, entered directly on Stripe. This site never receives or stores card numbers.
• Your account on access.learnwithrobbin.com, if you bought a product delivered there. That platform is built and run by Robbin, so this data is not handed to an outside provider.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read, and Omnisend to recognise you across visits so its emails stay relevant. Both set cookies. Neither is used for advertising. Stripe sets cookies during checkout, which are needed for the payment to work and to prevent fraud.

How long it is kept

• Purchase records are kept for seven years, because Dutch tax law requires it. That is the one thing that cannot be deleted on request while that period runs.
• Your email address in the mailing list stays until you unsubscribe.
• Your account stays as long as you want access to what you bought. Ask and it is deleted.

Your rights

Wherever in the world you live, you can ask what data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to marketing at any time. Email info@learnwithrobbin.com and Robbin handles it personally.

If you are in the EU or the UK and are not happy with how a request is handled, you can also complain to a data protection authority: the one in your own country. The authority for this business is the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
